Mtsvane Qvevri is a Georgian orange wine produced from the Kakhuri Mtsvane grape variety grown in Manavi village, located in Kakheti region, Georgia. The wine has been vinified according to the Georgian traditional winemaking method in Qvevri (Clay vessels), fermented and matured during 6 months with skin contact. Further ageing was held in oak barrels during 4 months. The wine is amber in color with a complex bouquet of roasted nuts, caramel, spices and herbal notes. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and ripe fruit flavors. Best paired with: roasts, poultry and spicy dishes. Best served at: +12°-14°C (+54°-57° F).
